Introduction

These courses are funded by the company’s social security contributions, as well as the following institutions:

Fundación Estatal para el Empleo.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.

INSTITUTO INTERNACIONAL IDIOMAS is in charge of organizing, counselling and providing these free courses to all the types of companies and their employees throughout the year.

The courses are available at the Marbella, Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro centres.

Main points:

I.I.I is recognized by the “Fundación Estatal para el Empleo” as a collaborating entity in providing courses included within the European Social Fund plans.

Every company, in relation with the yearly average number of employees, has a credit available for their staff training, the bonus will be total or parcial. A percentage is deducted off every employee’s salary which is then available for their training and preparation.

The amount deducted is calculated by deducting the course price off the amount paid as social security. This amount is directly proportional to the company’s average number of employees for the previous year.

The courses are in class.

The courses are taught by specialized and trained teachers.
The teaching material is free.

Requirements for the Company:

To be privately run.
To be up to date with social security payments.
To sign and complete the corresponding application forms.

Requirements for the Employee:

To be legally registered on the Spanish Social Security records at the beginning of the course.
To attend class and carry out at least 75% of the course.
To fill in the application form providing personal data, educational background, company name name and finally sign the form.
A copy of Identity card and the last wage slip.

Registration process

Once the corresponding documents are received, the company is officially registered on our records and the credit for the employees’ vocational training is verified. When all the documents are in order and completed the participant is officially registered on the course in order of application entries.
